SHOPFLOOR ASSISTANT- EXPRESSMARK ONDANGWA
The purpose of the position to ensure effective planning, maintenance of parameters & procurement of
product in order to meet customer service levels within agreed days stock cover.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include:
• Prompt and effective customer service, as first point of contact
• Shelf Maintenance
➢ Maintaining clean and tidy shelves
➢ Assisting in stock rotation
➢ Assisting in stock counts
➢ General housekeeping
• Adhere to health and safety regulations
• Adhere to security measures
• Ad hoc and various tasks in line with the scope and duties of this position
The suitable applicant will have:
• A valid Grade 10/12 (with at least 23 points)
• 1-2 years’ experience in Retail
• Good interpersonal skills
• Computer literate
• High regard for honesty
• Attention to detail
• Be a reliable, accurate and dependable person
• Friendly disposition and excellent communicator
• Ability to work under pressure
• Namibia Citizenship
